Business Development Representative – Must be based in Egypt – CONTRACTOR

LOCATION: Remote working – Egypt

Reporting to our Global Head Of Business Development Marketing, We are looking for a confident, proactive, enthusiastic and results-driven self-starter to join our new Business Development team in EMEA.

You will have +1 years’ experience in the software industry and have a cadence of hitting (and exceeding) your KPIs. This is a great opportunity for someone with a customer centric, can-do attitude to work in an international, fast paced, fun and dynamic team. You will be given excellent training, access to modern marketing tools and techniques to ensure you are able to deliver the individual and company goals required. This role will be home based but may require ocassional office visits as required.

 What You Will Be Doing:

·       As part of the Business Development team, you will be responsible for inbound lead response management as well as outbound  prospecting.

·       For Inbound, you are required to manage and prioritise leads and their follow-up timely and efficiently.

·       You will be used to engaging with tools like Outreach.io and Drift to support on lead development

·       For Outbound, you will be prospecting target accounts self-sufficiently by leveraging sales navigator, ZoomInfo etc

·       For both activities, you need to be able to overcome gate keepers, get in front of the right people, and extract the Prospects needs in order to position Riverbed.

·       You will BANT qualify inbound and outbound leads with the aim of further appointments, on which you can collaborate with wider team members (Sales/Sales Engineering if required) in order to ultimately generate sales ready opportunities.

·       Effectively articulate the solution value to both technical and non-technical buyers

·       Build trust with customers through understanding their needs, setting the correct expectations, and creating the best experience possible.

·       You will be given KPIs and upon achieving these, a quarterly bonus will be paid.

·       Participate fully in product training sessions, meetings and skills training.

·       Be a key member of the EMEA Marketing team, and be closely aligned to the sales regional teams.

 What Will Help Your Application:

·       Minimum 1 years’ experience in customer facing roles such as Telemarketing or Business Development in the Tech industry, agency or vendor.

·       As the first point of contact, you need to be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner and be committed to providing the best possible customer experience.

·       Work self-sufficiently and proactively without supervision.

·       Strong admin and time management skills. High attention to detail. You need to be able to follow processes.

·       Strong research skills for profiling contacts are essential

·       Ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful relationships over the phone

·       Team player: You need to be able to work with an international cross-functional team.

·       Excellent knowledge and regular usage of Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required.

·       Prior knowledge of Outreach.io, Drift, ZoomInfo, Marketo and Microsoft Teams is desirable.

·       Needs to have a basic understanding of B2B business and the sales funnel.

·       Demonstrate passion for our company, solutions, customers, and achieving goals
