FInancial Analyst Responsibilities

• Calculate doctor production compensation, review results, identify outliers and communicate findings
• Perform monthly budget-variance analysis for doctor productivity and compensation
• Ensure the accuracy of doctor information and databases to ensure accurate reporting
• Create a rolling doctor forecast leveraging multiple data sources and communicate results
• Design and build doctor models for medical leaders to use in hiring and renewal decisions
• Develop workflows and automated processes to streamline processes that are currently manual
• Assist finance, operations and medical teams with the annual budgeting process
• Make recommendations on multi-year compensation structures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, human resources or a related field
• 3+ years of similar work experience, preferably in healthcare, retail or other multi-location industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on manipulating large data sets in Excel
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data, question the results, generate insights and construct solutions
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Outstanding reporting and communication skills
• Aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced environment
