Make recommendations for services that may better suit client needs & push them toward booking appointments.

Address customers’ queries on Live Chat/WhatsApp.
Utilize software and adhere to call scripts to maintain uniformity.
Actively gather customer feedback to improve service levels.
Must be willing to learn & train to improve performance.
Maintain a tracker & share weekly summary of calls.
Should be enthusiastic, able to multitask, prioritise responsibilities & a team player.
