Office Manager

•   Management of the agenda and travel of the Regional Director and VIPs in the Middle East.
• Making appointments with VIPs (Ministries, Admirals, Embassies).
• Development and monitoring of the budget, monthly cash flow forecasts, monthly accounting reporting, monitoring of VAT declarations.
• Ensure the compliance of the functioning of the office with the internal procedures of the Group (security, Finance, compliance, HR…)
• Provide logistical support for the various expatriates of the group in the UAE.
• Follow-up of the renewal of contracts with external service providers, payment of supplier invoices.
• Entry of meeting minutes, activity reports, mission orders, expense reports, etc.
• Organization of regional exhibitions (Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Kuwait).
• Participation in the implementation of local communication actions.

Profile:
–  
Bilingual: French, English
– Good computer skills and ability to multi-task
– Holder of a degree in an appropriate discipline.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field.
