This role is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and upholding our company’s reputation for excellent service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Customer Interaction:**
– Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
– Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
2. **Problem Resolution:**
– Identify and address customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
– Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve complex issues.
– Escalate issues to higher management when necessary, while ensuring proper follow-up.
3. **Product Knowledge:**
– Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
– Stay updated on product/service updates and changes.
4. **Documentation and Reporting:**
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
– Generate reports on customer service metrics and performance as needed.
5. **Quality Assurance:**
– Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
– Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
6. **Customer Feedback:**
– Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
– Contribute to the development of customer service strategies based on feedback and insights.
7. **Team Collaboration:**
– Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs effectively.
– Share best practices and support team goals.
**Qualifications:**
– High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
– Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
– Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
– A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
– Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
**Note:**
Should be present in UAE
Should be comfortable with 12hr Shift.
Preferred i-gaming knowledge.
Language- Hindi Mandatory with regional language i.e. Tamil, Telugu, Kannada.
Location-107, Al Khaimah Building, 21, 4b Street, Port Saeed, Deira, Dubai.
Timings- 12pm to 5pm
