Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Logistics Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be a driving force behind our business expansion in the region, leveraging your expertise in international freight forwarding and logistics to forge lasting client relationships and contribute to our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand our client base in the international freight forwarding sector.
Identify and engage with potential clients, both domestically and internationally, cultivating strong connections with key decision-makers.
Tailor comprehensive solutions to meet the unique shipping and logistics requirements of clients.
Collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure the efficient execution of client shipments.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to drive business growth.
Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Monitor and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to successful contract execution.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in international freight forwarding sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
In-depth knowledge of international logistics, shipping regulations, and industry best practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Multilingual skills – especially in Arabic, are a plus.
Valid UAE work visa and Driving License is must.
