Position Description

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

PV Operations is responsible for ensuring the highest standard of customer service is provided to our US Military under SPV contract

The Customer Service Executive PV Operations is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Communication with SDDC, DLA – TS, CTF-53, including US Navy vessels and land based customers in (UAE, AFRICOM, Oman, Bahrain & Kuwait).
  • Verification of Sales orders via checking Milstrip quantities to abstain from discrepancies.
  • Approving and allocating of Sales orders to warehouse for further process.
  • Arrangement of requested/required paperwork for Airlift/Road/Sealift shipments depending on the final destinations e.g. Obtaining Bill of entry and Certificate of origin for stores supplied to vessels in Oman via road.
  • Providing better substitutes for items currently not in stock to achieve higher fill rate.
  • Reducing the risk of near to expire items by sending the list of near expiries and slow-moving items twice a month to all Navy & Land Base customers.
  • Preparation of documents for receipt and delivery of material to the destination and coordinating with Military Customers for delivery in case of Military Exercise.
  • Picking the items and shipping them through Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Invoice preparations
  • Filing the orders and records to respond queries by customers at any given time.
  • Printing invoices and coordinating with Port/Base representatives for timely supplies.
  • Maintain records of ongoing/completed shipments in respective trackers.

Position Requirements
  • Graduate with 3 years relevant experience
  • Ability to work in an international dynamic and multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Good computer skills in Outlook/MS Office
  • Knowledge and experience working within an ISO and quality driven environment
  • Knowledge in Warehouse Management System is a plus
