About our school
NAS Dubai is a purpose built ‘flagship school’ generously resourced with an enrolment of over 2300.Our curriculum is based upon the legacy of the English National Curriculum adapted to the local environment leading up to GCSE and on to the IB Diploma programme, and A Levels introduced last year. Our GCSE 2022 results significantly surpasses the world average, with 71% of students achieving A**-A, 9-7 (World Average 27.6%). IB results are equally as impressive with 40% over 40 points and perfect scores of 45 every year.
The culture of the school is one of interest and care where learning is personalised to meet individual needs. The annual inspection judgments are ‘very good’ and ‘outstanding’ throughout.
About the role
Manning a busy reception desk and liaising with all departments across the school. An administrative role, providing clerical support for pupils and staff and ensuring that relevant, up to date information is available for parents and visitors to NAS. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety of pupils, accurately signing them in and out of school, ensuring the schools policies and procedures are fulfilled at all times.
To be considered for this position, you will need to be friendly with a good telephone manner, and offer exceptional customer service. Enjoying a variety of tasks and enjoy working as part of a team.
Selection Process
The closing date for application is 30th September 2023. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews that will take place at the Nord Anglia International School Dubai.
This is a full-time position, starting from 16th October 2023. The start date can be extended depending on the notice period, early applications are appreciated. Remuneration is competitive and it includes visa provision.
