    Position Objective:

    Provide effective and efficient customer service to all internal and external Getinge Group Middle East customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products, sales policies and procedures and shipping methods and terms.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Order to cash process involving the following activities as per the KPIs set by the manager:
    Creation of quotation.
    Creation of sales order.
    Creation of purchase order.
    Creation of inbound and outbound delivery.
    Creation of shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin).
    Creation of final invoice.
    Update orders to update the availability of goods.
    Creation of debit and credit notes.
    Monthly backlog analysis to ensure the accuracy of open orders.
    Respond to internal and external customers enquiries on time.
    Follow the company SOPs as per ISO 9001.
    Make sure that local and global policies are followed.
    Bridge between different departments (Finance, Sales and QRC) to ensure smooth execution of order to cash activities.
    Bridge between freight forwarders, factories, and customers.
    Coordinate with freight forwarders to obtain freight quotes and execute the shipment.
    Escalate the issues to the supervisor.
    Maintain sufficient filing systems within the email system (outlook), computer hard-drive and network server.
    Update all internal files in a timely manner (order log, escalation file, forecast, orders waiting pick up, order not in SAP).
    Ensure compliance with regulatory and competent authorities.
    Raise RMA (Returns Management Authorization) and Faulty Product requests from customers, notifying the 3PL and Credit Control of pending returns.
    Handle and resolve queries raised by Customers, Sales, Finance and QRC Team.
    Provide absence cover to other members of the team.
    Knowledge of incoterms 2020.

    Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

    A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent; two to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    Experience in customer service (order to cash) and logistics.
    Working experience and/or knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage.
    Knowledge and experience in handling letters of Credit would be an added advantage.
    Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and other stakeholders.
    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, pro-rata, and percentages.
    Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or scheduled form.
    Skill and ability to operate a computer and work extensively with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    Skill and ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
    Ability to write professional business emails and letters is a must.
