- Bachelor’s with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)

- More than 8 years’ experience supervision personnel and managing multiple complex technical programs, project budgetary responsibilities, planning and estimating work loading requirements, and communicating and interfacing with DoD customers.
- More than 5 years’ experience in military communication systems to include Information Technology, RF Communications, Satellite Communications, Telecommunications, Analog, Power, RF Design, Tech control.
- More than 2 years’ experience in directly managing and supervising personnel in the CENTCOM AOR.
- More than 2 years’ experience developing and managing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS),
- Expert written and oral communications.
- Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense (DoD) procurement policies and procedures.
- CENTCOM AOR local host country customs, laws, and regulations.

| Fire Protection Engineer |
- Degreed fire protection, mechanical, electrical, or other directly related engineer. Registration as a Fire Protection Engineer is preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years fire protection design experience
- Capable of providing fire protection design analysis services including determination of sprinkler and alarm systems, and equipment selection
- This discipline attends meetings as required for projects or investigative/project development tasks. This discipline shall also be responsible for reviewing host nation provided design submittals. The Contractor will also support construction inspections, and submittal reviews beyond the expertise of construction inspectors.

| Civil Engineer |
- Degreed civil (licensed civil engineer is preferred).
- Minimum of four (4) years of design experience.
- Capable of civil design services including preparation of civil/site work drawings, structural evaluations and designs, and water/sewer designs based on existing local utilities and facility load and use.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2012 or later, and use AutoCAD to create a presentable and accurate facility and infrastructure plans for concept and statement of work requirements for project execution.

| Mechanical Engineer-Secret clearance required |
- Degreed mechanical engineer (licensed mechanical engineer is preferred)
- Minimum of four (4) years of design experience
- Capable of providing mechanical design service including determination of HVAC loads, equipment selection, duct sizing and routing, interior plumbing design, and exterior plumbing design

| Security Forces Expert (Force Protection) |
- Clearance Required: Secret
- At least 5 years of related creditable experience: as a law enforcement officer or; through service as a military police officer or; on a military special operations team as an operator specializing in counter-terrorism or dignitary protection or; in other work such as a Special/Security Police Officer (SPO) that provided the required knowledge and skills of law enforcement operations, practices, techniques, and judicious use of force, to include firearms.
- Graduation from an accredited law enforcement academy or comparable course of instruction.
- Completed the United States Army Military Police School, Antiterrorism Officer Basic Course (ATOBC) or Air Force equivalency
- In-depth knowledge of AFI 31-101, Integrated Defense and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) codes. Additionally would prefer contractor have the following experience:
- Advanced training in Physical Security and Force Protection
- Experience in Project Management
- Previous experience working in a similar setting
- Clearance required: Secret Security Clearance

| Electrical Engineer |
- Degreed electrical engineer (licensed electrical engineer is preferred)
- Minimum of four years of design experience.
- Capable of complete design and investigative services including electric power distribution networks, power load determination, exterior electric, interior electric, fire alarm systems, and site lighting.
- At least one electrical engineer from the on-site staff must have experience in controls systems designs. Proficiency with power system analysis software is preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2012 or later.

- Bachelor’s with 2 – 5 years (or commensurate experience)
- Clearance required: Secret
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 4 years’ experience. A Licensed Electrical Engineer is preferred.
- Must be capable of complete design and investigative services including power distribution networks, power load determination, exterior electric, interior electric, fire alarm systems, and site lighting.
- Must have experience in controls systems designs.
- Proficiency with power systems analysis software is preferred.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2012 or later.
- Must be able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must be physically capable of deploying to the CENTCOM AOR and traveling between ADAB TSG and AUAB TSG sites, as required, up to 4 times per year (4 working days, two travel days) to backfill and attend meetings.
