| Head – Investments | The incumbent will support the Department Head IT Infrastructure & Operations in maintaining policy, managing technical support, overseeing capacity planning and implementation of enhancements of bank-wide Network and servers, including but not limited to Windows, Linux and UNIX operating systems. The job holder will be responsible for resilience and high-availability of all hardware and operating systems related to Network and servers including international infrastructure and ensure maintenance of stable and reliable network environments by efficient usage of resources, timely resolution of operating incidents / problems, and effective implementation of system applications adhering to standard operating procedures to meet the Bank’s business and functional needs and the Department’s commitments. |

| Financial Control Officer | The incumbent will assist the reporting authority in effective administration / operations of Financial Control function in line with the applicable accounting standards, rules and regulations, and accounting policies and reviewing and supervising the work of Nostro Reconciliation and Accounts Payable functions. |
| Auditor – Risk & Wholesale Credit Audit | The Auditor will assist the Senior Auditor in performing internal audit assignments of Risk Management, Wholesale Banking & IBG functions, ensuring independent assessment of process, internal control, risk and governance environment, in line with the annual Internal Audit Plan and international standards / regulatory mandates. The jobholder will assist in gathering and analyzing relevant information, performing test procedures, and preparing audit work papers / audit reports and recommendations and ensuring timely resolution of credit / risk audit observations. |

| Product Officer – Assets | The incumbent will provide necessary administrative / operational / analysis support to the Product Manager for managing the retail Assets product portfolio, throughout the product lifecycle, from planning to execution in support of the functional / corporate strategies and objectives. The incumbent will assist in cross-functional product development and management efforts of value-added products and services for the retail customer segment, in line with the regulatory guidelines, and internal policies. The job holder will support in analyzing product coverage / sales efforts, revenue projections, product positioning and, delivery of marketing initiatives. |
| Senior Specialist – Core Banking | The incumbent will analyze and provide application support to the Business Users in terms of operational processes and/or adhoc report / enhancement requests, root cause analysis, follow up on issue resolution by logging / documenting issues, coordinate with business and vendors, as needed. The incumbent will develop / extract reports from existing applications / databases. The job holder will analyze and provide application support in terms of testing life cycle including requirements validation, test planning, test case development, development of test automation frameworks, functional testing, performance / load testing, stress testing, user acceptance testing and documentation. |
| Systems Engineer – Microsoft Infrastructure | The incumbent will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation / configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. The job holder will participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure, and ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values. The job holder will assist the project teams with technical issues in the Initiation and planning phases of standard Project Management Methodology. The incumbent will support in managing the initiation, planning, design, implementation and maintenance phases of internal infrastructure related projects. |
