Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.
15+ years of experienceExtensive and proven experience in Private Banking having covered the UHNW market / Extensive experience in working with and/or leading client teams and transactions / Demonstrated track record in relationship selling.
Min 5 years of sales experience preferably in the financial services industry
Either prior experience of acquiring high-net-worth clients (Priority Banking / SME Banking) or prior experience in investment products, such as, Mutual Funds, Insurance, equity, fixed-income (bonds) will be preferred.
Other Industry relevant sales experience such as real estate / Assets experience can be considered.
To be successful in this role you will come with 7- 10 years of experience in wealth management in a financial services company advising on a wide range of products.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, financial markets and economic environments.
Ability to manage portfolios, deliver to Key Performance Indicators in a regulated environment and source new business through one’s own initiative
Language: English is a must; fluent Arabic (verbal and written) will be given additional preference.
8+ years experience in Collections
Familiarity with Collections systems (eg: CACS/dialer/TRIAD) and processes
Advanced knowledge of pre (and preferably post) charge off collections
Previously managed a team of over 10 staff
Ability to think out of box suggestions.
