Principal Accountabilities
Operational

Identifies and coordinates the implementation of industry quality standards across GIT
Monitors adherence to quality standards periodically and escalates breaches
Coordinates all GIT related audits (external and internal) and closure of audit points.

Implementing a company’s quality controls and policies such as Lean Sigma or ISO standardization requirements.
Researching and reviewing customer feedback and using this to inform quality processes and decisions.
Ensuring that processes meet required standards.
Monitoring the ongoing performance and outputs of the quality process.
Additional Principal Accountabilities
Regularly researching the marketplace and competition to keep up to date with industry developments.
Undertaking internal quality audits.
Direct staff and teams across the business to ensure quality frameworks are implemented.
Provide updates to senior managers and directors around quality issues.
Ensure that all suppliers meet the quality requirements of the company.
Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships and working collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders and customers to achieve objectives.

Experience
Education

Degree: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business field or equivalent.
Required professional certifications: Industry certification in IT Governance (CGEIT, COBIT 5, etc.), Risk Management (e.g. RMP, etc.).
Experience

7+ years of relevant Information Technology experience.
3+ years of proven experience in working IT Quality
