Job Purpose
Help GH define and execute all aspects of the operating model for retail banking

Assist RBG GH in maintaining operating rhythm in daily running of Retail Bank
Execute / Implement, special projects that has RBG GH as a direct sponsor
Coordinate with RBG leadership for market data, performance data and business analytics to track RBG’s strategies and initiatives.
Interact with all RBG DRs in an effective and collaborative manner
Key Result Areas
Maintain operating rhythm for Retail bank by ensuring scheduled reviews are organized and all action items are taken to closure
Proactively check for alignments and integration of RBG action items and initiatives and highlight key observations to GH RBG
Support Group Head with strategy materials, monthly reviews with CEO, Exco presentations, Townhalls and offsites, regular communications
Represent RBG in various key forums and committees as assigned by GH to drive bank-wide/RBG- wide initiatives that require RBG resources
Assess inquiries directed to Group Head of RBG and determine the proper course of action
Act as a liaison between Group Head of RBG and RBG Leadership team and stakeholders
Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of RBG
Work closely with business partners at HO (Ops, IT, Admin, etc.) to initiate & monitor all implementation activities
Track KPIs and OKRs related to RBG Strategic initiatives
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Knowledge / Skills

Good analytical / problem solving and skills knowledge of functional topics such as Strategy, Operating Model, Organization, Finance, Retail Banking products
Good inter-personnel, communication, organizational and presentation skills required to interact with and provide intelligence to Retail Head for strategic business decisions
Ability to transform data into intelligence and useful management reports
Experience

Banking experience of 10 – 15 years
Exposure to financial services industry
Project Management skills including designing and managing large organization wide projects
Experience in working internationally and across multiple markets and regions
