Purpose and Scope
There is a big global interest for our product, and to supercharge the potential we are now hiring the best customer service talent for our Customer Success team. At the heart of our strategy is to keep customers happy and guide them to get the most out of being a Veo customer. We help them with any issues they have and proactively engage them to do the best possible recordings.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer requests in a clear and comprehensive manner, because good communication is key to winning customers over. We operate via emails and phone today.
  • Adhere to our KPIs for a low response time, minimal backlog, and a high customer satisfaction. We believe in setting ourselves ambitious goals when it comes to delivering good-quality customer support.
  • Work closely with product/engineering/hardware teams to resolve the different kinds of user issues with the camera and/or the platform. Bug reporting is an integral part of our customer support process.
  • Communicate relevant feedback from customers to our product and development teams using the right channels.
  • Provide feedback for optimising the processes that we currently work with.

Preferred qualifications: You will be a key person influencing the satisfaction and success of our customers, and we therefore expect the following qualifications:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with tech support and/or product support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • It is an advantage if you can speak at least one of the following languages in addition to English: German, French, Spanish.
  • Passionate about helping people and making them succeed.
  • Soluion-oriented mindset and a structured approach to work.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools is an advantage.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, we are growing by the hour and you are someone who can cope with constant change and self-learning
  • Interest in sports is a plus.
  • Home-based in Miami.

  • Office is located in Wynwood, we’re flexible about working from home (however, this is not a fully remote position)
  • Salary range 50 – 55K yearly, depending on the experience
