Summary:
The work schedule for this position is:

Duties
The incumbent will assist the FS-02 Assistance Refugee Coordinator with the monitoring and evaluation of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM)-funded humanitarian assistance programming at Camp As Sayliyah (CAS). S/he provides advisory support to Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM) partners on assistance program implementation and assists with the development and evaluation of proposals for funding. S/he supports PRM’s partnership and community engagement efforts, including organizing coordination meetings with internal USG and external organizations, developing messaging to the guest population at CAS, and collecting, analyzing, and responding to feedback about PRM-funded assistance programming. S/he contributes to PRM’s written products and supports planning for the visits of U.S. government and other officials.

Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five years of professional experience in project analysis, project management and performance monitoring and evaluation, or related fields for international organizations, NGOs, donor agencies, host country organizations, or private-sector institutions is required.

Education Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in international relations, economics, business administration, or political science or related major required.

Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: English Level IV (Fluent) Reading/Writing/Speaking is required. (This may be tested.)
