Dubai, United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Our client – a large bank is looking for a CEO (reporting directly to the Board of Directors) for their entity located in Nairobi – Kenya.
Primary job responsibilities include:
Oversee the bank’s entire Kenya operations/business with P&L responsibilities – this involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets which includes branches and corporate office.
Fostering positive relationships with host country government officials, key clients, partners and overseeing the delivery of the bank’s programs and services.
Focusing on corporate and investment businesses coupled with Retail banking and continue to established all infrastructures, including policy documents and liquidity management structure.
Responsible for overall financial structure and guide & steer the strategic direction of the Bank.
Enhancing the bank’s reach across a diverse mix of customer segments and industries.
Recruit staff and built a high-performance culture.
Improve commercial bank operations with correspondent relationships and clearing facilities in the major global currencies.
Play a key part to produce business performance reports to be on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Who We’re Looking For:
