Parts sales , submit offer to Customers , negotiate for Best margin. Ø
Promote Genuine parts arrange Delivery of parts ASAP. Ø
To interact with Customers and do follow –up. Till material reaches at customer end .Make sure customer register Invoice and pay on time Ø
Track the Due payments , Monthly Billing Plan , follow up with Procurement team for Timely availability of parts
Essential Job Functions:
Submit Parts offer to customer within 24 hours, submit offer through SAP only.
Help Customers to Identify correct parts , respond key customers Query immediately
Ensure Customer acknowledge the Material receipt and process payment , support customer by providing all required documents .
Follow Up for MRN and Payments , solve the disputed cases , ensure payment gets adjusted in accounts . Provide Dispatch updates to Customer
Communication with finance, Dispatch & internal team for on time Dispatch planning of parts.
New part code creation for quotation of new part
Knowledge of SAP system and its integration
Coordination with Dispatch department for timely delivery of parts
10-15 years of relevant experience
Additional Requirement
Good communication and negotiation skills
Good Knowledge about commercial documents required for sales
Fluent English and local India language (Hindi or one other local Indian dialogue) both in spoken and written
Motivational, positive attitude
Customer and results oriented
Good team player”

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
