The Manitowoc Company UAE Jobs Careers Description/Overview

Parts sales , submit offer to Customers , negotiate for Best margin. Ø

Promote Genuine parts arrange Delivery of parts ASAP. Ø

To interact with Customers and do follow –up. Till material reaches at customer end .Make sure customer register Invoice and pay on time Ø

Track the Due payments , Monthly Billing Plan , follow up with Procurement team for Timely availability of parts

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Submit Parts offer to customer within 24 hours, submit offer through SAP only.
  • Help Customers to Identify correct parts , respond key customers Query immediately
  • Ensure Customer acknowledge the Material receipt and process payment , support customer by providing all required documents .
  • Follow Up for MRN and Payments , solve the disputed cases , ensure payment gets adjusted in accounts . Provide Dispatch updates to Customer
  • Communication with finance, Dispatch & internal team for on time Dispatch planning of parts.
  • New part code creation for quotation of new part
  • Knowledge of SAP system and its integration
  • Coordination with Dispatch department for timely delivery of parts

10-15 years of relevant experience

Additional Requirement

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good Knowledge about commercial documents required for sales
  • Fluent English and local India language (Hindi or one other local Indian dialogue) both in spoken and written
  • Motivational, positive attitude
  • Customer and results oriented
  • Good team player”

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
