Job Title:
Senior Supply Chain Chartering Specialist and Various
10 years in SCM function preferably in Oil and Gas Business or 5 years in Chartering Roles in the Oil & Gas Business.
Degree holders in Engineering or related fields.
Proficient in English
Great Contractual skills (familiar with subcontract or Bimco charter parties)
Bimco Charter Party in particular with Supplytime 2005/2017, Bargehire 2008
Familiar with vessel charter (particularly in Middle east)
Ability to travel upon request for periods up to 1 month
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Must be able to demonstrate previous experience and expertise in a reward role and knowledge of reward and benefits packages.
Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis tools.
Experience working within Middle East, Africa, Caspian and Europe’s markets is highly valued.
Ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage customer expectations accordingly.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of people, both verbally and in writing.
Strong analytical, planning and project management skills.
Current or previous experience working in consultancy firms is valued.
Confident with technology, excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and HRIS (ideally SAP).
