Brief job tasks:

Create commercial documents (Invoice, Packing Lists, Import Permit, Bill of Lading etc.) based on shipment details.
Respond to compliance inquiries including HTS codes and countries of origin.
Liaise with suppliers, internal users, operation and purchasing departments, carrier agents on logistics documentation
Keep a meticulous record of shipment information
Maintain an accurate and organized filing system for both hard and soft copies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree
6-8 years of experience shipping documentaiton process
Sea freight experience is a must
Experience in Cross Trade Shipments
Banking knowledge on imports and exports documentation is a plus (Letter of Credits)
