Duties:
Supervising the laboratories of the Women’s College (hardware and software in coordination with the requirements of the academic staff and the Information Technology Department)
Helping students (studying, explaining, using the computer, accessing the canvas system, and using the university e-mail).
Controlling computer courses such as exams, assignments, and files in the laboratories and on the canvas system.
Attending practical lectures with teachers of computer courses (Introduction to Information Technology, Introduction to Databases, Introduction to Web Page Design), in order to help students address some problems during the course of lectures in practical aspects only.
Downloading the required files to the devices during short practical tests and other tests, noting that repairing these tests is one of the duties of the course instructor.
Ensure the validity of the devices in the teaching laboratories, and follow up with the Information Technology Department for any possible updates.
Full support for computer courses on the university’s electronic systems.

Knowledge and Skills:
Possesses good computer skill.
Good administrative skills.
Familiarity with some operating systems.
Familiarity with the special equipment and software used in the computer laboratory.
Good level of English.
Work in a team spirit and bear the pressure of work.
