HR Executive Sharjah

Post: HR Executive
Location: Sharjah, Ajman, Dubai – UAE
Age: 30+
Minimum Experience: 5 years in HR from which 2-3 years min in Free zone & Labour camp experience UAE.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Gender: Male
Commencement: Immediate Start
Reporting structure: Director / MD
The Human Resource Executive will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering monthly payroll, employee benefits, and annual leave planning, engagement activities, HR budgets, maintain healthy office environment, resolve greviances and enforcing company policies and practices.

Role:
1. Developing and Executing Policies.
2. Recruitment Process.
3. Appraisal Systems.
4. Inductions and Trainings.
5. Employee Grievances.
6. Office Environment & Staff Health.
7. Engagement Activities & Budgets.
