Team Leader / Supervisor
Job Abstract
For our fast growing operation in Dubai, we’re looking for an additional team leader for automation and substation projects. You are experienced in successful leading a team of professionals to meet defined targets, efficiently plan the production process and constantly ensure the zero defects targets of the operation through training and hands on leadership.

Requirements
Education
Degree in electrical engineering
Experience
5+ years of experience as a team leader in panel building and installation works
Strong set of skills working with different tools and machines
Highly committed to quality works
Personality
Distinct personality as a leader and solid professional, preferably in a multi-cultural environment
Ability to lead by example, gain respect from team and communicate with clarity whilst demonstrating excellence in approach to work and people activities
Good verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English (spoken and written)
