Customer Experience Manager Must have high school diploma or degree in General Education or equivalent professional qualification.

Should have minimum 5 years of experience in management role.

Essential to have industry experience from Retail, F&B, hotel, hospitality.

FRS Associate Instructor Fire and Rescue Service Experience ideally in Station Manager / Watch Manager rank.
Fluent Arabic Speaker
Recognized International Training Qualification
Must be approved or able to gain approval from IFTC to assessed in the delivery of the accredited training.
Fire Service Training Experience
Painter – Assistant Technician – Civil & Furniture High School Certificate
Industrial Training Institute Certificate / Diploma (2 year duration) in painting and decorating or equivalent (post high school)
IOSH Working Safely Certificate or equivalent
Current valid UAE driving licence is desirable
Minimum three (3) year experience within facility management and/or civil works or similar environment.
Airport experience is considered as added advantage for this position
Ability to communicate with staff, stakeholders and customers in oral and written English
Working Knowledge in using MS Office (Word / Excel / Power point)
Ability to perform safely and correctly the following:
Use of painting & decorating hand and power tools • Planned preventative maintenance (PM) routines
Corrective maintenance (CM)
Breakdown maintenance (BD)
To include (interior and exterior where applicable)
Surface preparation
Wallpapering and hangings to walls and ceilings
Application of decorative effects
Painting skirting
Roads and Pavement marking
Painting plain and panelled doors and architrave
Wall and ceiling painting.
Air Traffic Control Officer – Approach A validated Approach Rating with a minimum of 5 years total experience exercising this rating
A minimum of 3 years spent exercising an Approach Rating at a major international airport
ICAO English Level 5 or above proficiency
A valid ATC Medical
In addition to the above, experience within a multi-cultural environment in the Middle East is preferred
Procurement Bid Lead – Interim Contract Graduate calibre with a bachelor’s degree or extensive experience (7+ years) within a similar environment within an organisation procurement function is high on the maturity curve.
Post-graduate qualification (e.g., MSc/MBA) or a professional qualification such as MCIPS or studying towards (Preferred)

Head of Workforce Management-Dubai Support Office The ideal candidate should be a strong team leader that majors in collaborating at a senior and group level. They should have practical experience of leading a team to successfully deliver in a complex and demanding environment and strong influencing skills to generate buy-in to new ways of working at all levels. They should have previously worked in a diverse, multi-cultural multinational corporate organisation and with experience in cross-functional leadership.
A degree holder in business-related discipline or;
Minimum 10 years proven experience in workforce management and rostering and planning, preferably in a leadership role;
Strong understanding of workforce management systems, practices, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to conduct gap analysis and manpower modelling.
Ability to collaborate and manage complex internal and external stakeholders.
Experience on workforce management or rostering systems, Time2Work desirable.
