Find out more on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E The Manager of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) is responsible for the setting strategy and effective operation of the Dubai-based CEC. He/She will develop programs, events, demonstrations, digital and physical marketing tools and training courses to drive organic growth, demand generation, education and thought leadership for Eaton and key stakeholders. Reporting to the strategy and Marketing Director, interacting closely with commercial directors, country sales teams, marketing organizations in ME, EMEA and Globally, as well as Finance and business support teams for effective operations of the center. Key responsibilities: Develop the strategy for Eaton customer experience center (CEC) in middle East & oversee the execution to maximize the short & long-term benefits to Eaton stakeholders. Qualifications Education level required: B.Sc.
