• Diploma Level Design qualification is a minimum requirement.
• 5+ years’ experience visualizing in a creative design environment such as commercial or residential interior design, architecture, exhibition stand design etc.
A degree majoring in Architecture is a must.
15+ years experience in architecture or interior design management for commercial/hospitality/event projects.
Arabic speaker a bonus.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Technical
Knowledge of PEB and HR steel designs and codes (BS/American).
Knowledge of computer-aided design programs such as Staad and ETABS.
Knowledge of computer drafting systems such as CAD and BIM software such as Revit.
Experience and Education:
4-6 years of experience having worked with steel structures.
Available to work long hours and perform site visits for ongoing projects.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Good communicator to ensure seamless drawing coordination.
Creative thinker and a passion for architecture and interior design.

Technical
Knowledge or experience with Sketch Up Pro, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, 3D Max, and Vray Revit is an advantage.
Knowledge of new market styles and designs and ability to communicate that through designs.
High school graduate.
Quantity Surveying diploma/degree an advantage.
Experience in estimating, project management, project administration and CAD detailing in an Interior Fit Ou/ construction business.
Event Industry experience an advantage.
A degree in Architecture/Interior Design is a must.
10+ years’ experience in interior design or interior architecture for events/exhibitions or hospitality projects.
