Software Implementation Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Implementations and Client Success, this role serves Serves as the Implementation Project Lead on the Arena team and is the main point of contact for our clients throughout the implementation process. This critical role to our relationship and success with a client sets the example of customer service excellence, responsiveness, and client advocacy. With an eye laser pointed toward a successful launch, individuals in the role will have a critical part in the overall client journey.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a knowledgeable expert on the Arena products and services for clients
  • Orchestrate all parties throughout the implementation process to ensure a seamless experience for the client
  • Follow up with client or internal stakeholders on action items and to keep the project on track
  • Work closely with Engineering on integration workflow solutioning and collaborating with ATS resource(s) to facilitate integration execution
  • Manage the project plan and update accordingly as things progress to keep all parties aligned
  • Provide training to users on the Arena products and best practices for incorporating them into their workflows for optimal ROI
  • Answer any client questions and address concerns in a timely manner throughout the implementation process
  • Participate and assist in process enhancements initiatives to improve client experience and drive efficiencies
  • Provide feedback from clients to our Product team to incorporate into Voice of Client and future enhancement requests
  • Submit and track tickets to Engineering for setup, configuration, and integration pieces of the implementation
  • Prepare agendas and presentation materials for meetings
  • Coordinate, schedule, and lead project meetings by opening the call, reviewing agenda, and handing off to any SME’s or other presenters
  • Send recap emails after each meeting/call to keep all parties informed and aligned
  • Maintain and update Salesforce for business reporting and visibility
  • Attach all client materials into the appropriate client folder in the CS Shared Drive

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience working for a SaaS organization

2-3 years experience as an implementation consultant, project manager, or coordinator for SaaS – plus, if those projects included integrations or data analytics

1-2 years of experience in a client facing position, preferable B2B

Experience with a project management tool and/or Smartsheets
