The Job:

We provide paid training and continuing education to advance your skills – no certifications or degrees are required for this position! Responsibilities include:

• Contacting consumers via telephone to collect on past due accounts
• Negotiating payment arrangements
• Verifying/updating pertinent consumer information
• Following all federal, state, and local laws related to debt collections
• Meeting monthly individual/team performance expectations

The Perfect Candidate:

We are looking for people who thrive in an inbound and outbound call center environment, who is comfortable setting up payment plans, empathizing with consumers while holding them compliant, and other tasks related to collection services. Applicants should have excellent verbal communication skills. Other skills including but not limited to:

• Cusotmer Service experience preferred
• Ability to de-escalate upset customers
• Proper phone etiquette with the ability to speak clearly and accurately with proper grammar
• Have a friendly and positive approach to difficult conversations
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Multitasking capabilities with the ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Taking consecutive customer calls and talking for the duration of your shift
• Must be reliable and punctual

Training Schedule:

• Training is in office starting Within the next 2 weeks. 8am – 5pm

After Training:

• The client operates 7 days per week, schedules vary.
• The weekly schedule will be finalized after training.
• You may be required to work a rotating Saturday shift which will be assigned after training.
• The option to work from home will be available.
