Developing and utilizing spreadsheets, databases and other computer applications
Assisting in forecasting and budgeting
Collecting, understanding, processing, verifying and reporting accounting related-information
Assisting with the preparation of monthly and weekly financial reports
Managing specialized information for business units managing account payables and receivables activities
Entering information into the financial accounting system
Vendor’s settlements
Customer billing
Collaborating with various internal teams to provide transparent and quality services to our clients
We are looking for a Junior Financial Specialist who:
has at least 1 year of experience in finance/accounting
is capable of understanding the nature of financial records and organizing them in a logical manner
is adaptable to changing business needs and priorities
responds quickly to situational needs as they arise
is able to collect, evaluate and interpret data, in both statistical and narrative form
has good organizational skills and demonstrates an ability to multitask
has knowledge of computers, various software applications, and standard office equipment
currently enrolled in BS or MS degree program in the related field
has flawless English (spoken & written)
