Fitness Supervisor – (21001231)
Overall financial, operational and leadership responsibility for the fitness area within the Wellness Department. Responsible for daily operation, planning and development, and implementation of marketing plans for both short- and long-term sales growth of this area. Leads and participates in driving fitness related services whilst directing the team towards achieving all financial and non-financial goals and objectives.
Responsible for overseeing all operations related to Fitness; managing the gymnasium and the fitness services provided within; ensuring members and guests receive a quality, personalized experience/ service achieving their wellbeing objectives whilst working closely with the Wellness Management team
Developing and providing a marketing plan, fitness objectives and adhering to KPI’s ensuring time effectiveness, efficiency and alignment with the Wellness Departments vision, policy, rules and regulations
Coordinating the Purchase Requisitions for all fitness related purchases. Liaising with the accounts department on all financial issues
Maintaining daily and monthly revenue reports, client records, PT usage statistics, member retention and instructor performance reports
Providing active, directional leadership of PT, fitness instructors and freelancers through feedback and high levels of communication, aimed at creating a positive work environment
