1. Leads the local analytical capability in Dubai
2. Works with the global analytical capability to maximize the quality and efficiency of the Dubai analytical capability
3. Globally supports Junior team members on Middle East and Africa related requests
4. Is able to troubleshoot and Maintain Dubai GC-MS/FID and extraction Equipment, and introduces new equipment when needed
5. Works with equipment and consumables suppliers to ensure continuity of own lab.
6. Works with the local Creation and Applications for an effective CPA process
7. Reconstructs Market Product fragrances for Middle East Fine Fragrances and Consumer Products
8. Translates creative team’s needs into analytical objectives, and translates analytical insights into project insights.
9. Knowledgeable in lab and digital safety, relevant application, raw materials and chemical processes
10. Good communication and presentation skills

Senior Account Manager (Fragrance AME) Date: May 4, 2023Location: Dubai, Dubai, AECompany: IFF Family of CompaniesRole OverviewAs a Senior Account Manager you will develop, implement & execute a Sales Strategy with a group of Consumer fragrance customers in order to grow and develop business opportunities within the account that will result in increased and profitable sales to support the overall business strategy of the corporation.
Key Responsibilities
AME Regional Business:
• To lead the fragrance business in primarily the assigned countries.
• To take over new countries once established sustainable growth in the region assigned to.
• To provide excellent leadership to IFF’s current agents / distributors in the region. To ensure IFF’s interests are represented in a positive and professional manner internally and externally.
• To create sales; identify opportunities and develop them into profitable sustainable business.
• Entrepreneur, self-managed and proactive.
• To be accountable for securing sales growth – as defined by the strategy – in a profitable and sustainable manner.
• To create a culture of excellence and success that instills belief in the team.
Sales and Profit
• To ensure that the full understanding of the fragrance potentials in the concerned markets by customer, country, and category are up to date at all times.
• To build and define a strategy for growth in the country that incorporates defense of current business, attack on competitors business, development of new customers, next generation variants and customer relationship development.
• To structure the strategy to deliver the budgeted growth per annum in both sales and OPBA.
• To identify key players within customers’ organizations and build appropriate direct IFF – customer relationships across their whole structure.
