RESPONSIBLE TO: Accreditation and Organizational Assessment Manager DIVISION/DEPART: Member Advancement/Member Executive Support SUPERVISES: N/A FLSA STATUS: Exempt BASIC FUNCTION:

Qualifications SKILLS NEEDED:
EDUCATION: Master’s degree in business management, social or human services, rehabilitation, education or equivalent combination of experience and education. EXPERIENCE:
DECISION MAKING: Makes independent decisions on scheduling tasks, determining priorities, and recommendations/priorities for member Goodwills; time management decisions; exercises discretion and individual judgment. SUPERVISION: None. PHYSICAL EFFORT: Medium, lifting 50 lbs. maximum with periodic lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. Frequent walking and standing are required (may be accommodated). EMOTIONAL EFFORT: Moderate, occasional short deadlines requiring some extended hours on task. Work environment may be hectic with occasional to frequent periods of high stress. Positive, cordial and quality customer service to Goodwill members is required at all times. |
