Speciality Chef Baklava
  • A 2-year degree/certificate in culinary arts is preferred, but not required.
  • Must possess management experience at a quality resort, hotel, or restaurant.
  • Any combination of academic education, professional training, or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
Executive Sous Chef
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related culinary degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of industry and culinary management experience as an Executive Chef
  • Previous experience controlling food and labor costs.
  • Previous experience with demonstration cooking, menu development, and pricing development.
Speciality Chef Baklava
  • A 2-year degree/certificate in culinary arts is preferred, but not required.
  • Must possess management experience at a quality resort, hotel or restaurant.
  • OR
  • Any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
Commis 2
  • Minimum Primary school education
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Oral proficiency in English language
  • Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
Executive Pastry Chef
  • A 2-year degree/certificate in culinary arts is preferred, but not required.
  • Must possess management experience at a quality resort, hotel or restaurant; OR
  • Any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. 
  • Must have extensive culinary experience and be able to develop innovative new recipes. 
Chef de Cuisine
  • A 2-year degree/certificate in culinary arts is preferred, but not required.
  • Must possess management experience at a quality resort, hotel or restaurant; or
  • Any combination of academic education, professional training, or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • Must have extensive culinary experience and be able to develop innovative new recipes.
  • Must be guest service oriented.
Chef de Cuisine
  • Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
  • Apply necessary precautions with regard to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Attend all briefings, meetings, and training as assigned by management
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
  • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management
Sous Chef
  • College degree in Hotel Management or related culinary degree
  • At least 3 years of industry and culinary management experience
  • Previous experience training team members in large quantity food preparation
  • Excellent knowledge of quality food operations
  • Theme Park experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Work experience in Qatar is an advantage.
Speciality Chef Pide
  • A 2-year degree/certificate in culinary arts is preferred, but not required.
  • Must possess management experience at a quality resort, hotel, or restaurant.
  • Any combination of academic education, professional training, or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • Must have extensive culinary experience and be able to develop innovative new recipes.

Jr. Sous Chef
  • Diploma in Hospitality & Catering
  • Diploma in Professional Cookery
  • Basic Hospitality or Catering training
  • Basic Food Hygiene, HACCP certification
  • Previous On the Job experience/ apprenticeship in food preparation and kitchen organization
  • 1-2 year’s same role or 4 years experience
  • The Theme Park work experience is an advantage
