Recruitment Administrator Position Purpose The Recruitment Administrator will support recruitment administration tasks for multiple positions across the Greater MENA Region. The successful candidate will be the point of contact for Hiring Managers and the HR team regarding daily recruitment operations. Duties and Responsibilities General Recruitment Provide full support across recruitment administrative processes as follows: Daily maintenance of candidate database and BambooHR with zero errors Provide full support across onboarding activities as follows: Review future starters and ensure candidate is briefed of start date, reporting time and key contact System Proactive management of BambooHR ensuring system is always up to date with zero errors Relationships Work closely with the Head of Depts, Hiring Managers and HR Team Special Skills and Knowledge Excellent IT skills in particular Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Competencies Application of job knowledge Educational Background and Experience At least 2 years’ experience working in a busy recruitment/ scheduling environment is ideal Job Circumstances The position is based in our Regional Office |
