• At least 8-12 years of overall experience, including 5-9 years of UAE experience;

• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Making sure to reply to every guest’s message in good time.
• Screen and review new/potential guests.
• Use internal resources and guidelines to resolve guest issues and create and communicate effective solutions to guests.
• Handle early/late check-in/check-out and extension applications and user complaints.
• Maintain close communication with the customer until the work order is completed and the customer is satisfied.
• Familiar with all company product/process and service tools, collect user feedback to provide a basis for product decision-making.

•  Degree in Interior Design or related internationally recognized degree
• 8+ years’ experience European Based Experience
• Commercial Workplace experience – offices (priority) then retail and restaurants.

• Business related Bachelor degree;
• Similar working experience in trading, Pharmaceutical, Medicines
• Experience with Import market in Middle-East/Asian market for Pharmaceuticals.

• Experience with international A-brands, preferably without monopoly in the market.

• Master’s or doctorate level qualification in clinical or counselling psychology
• specialized training and a minimum of 3 years of work experience for doctorate and 5 years for master’s level, including at least 1 year of experience in working with people with eating disorders.
• Qualifications from UK/USA/Western Europe/Australia/South Africa is preferred.
