Bachelor’s degree in accounting or its equivalent from a recognized university .
A professional certificate from one of the well-known professional associations such as CFA, ACCA, CMA, CPA .
Experience of not less than 7 years in the field of accounts or finance or auditing, 3 years or more at a supervisory level in financial institutions or well-known auditing offices.
5+ years of implementing and leading strategic planning, innovation, organizational development, and design projects.
Experience in successfully positioning new and transformative solutions that challenge the status quo in the respective sector / market.
Prior experience in payments.
Graduate degree from a reputable university preferably in strategy, business administration, computer science or engineering or any relevant field.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or investment management from a reputable university. Preference to graduates holding a Master’s degree, CFA, PRM or FRM designations.
Minimum 5years of relevant experience in investment and risk management in a financial institution known for its solid discipline and compliance with standards.
