  • At least 2 years of UAE Experience in the Field of Typing Center.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    As Accountant

    o Monitoring and Analyzing Expense and Income Accounts, posting of all G/L entries in the Financial Accounting System.

    o Managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation and Payroll.

    o Complete audit reports for dissemination to manage and ensure proper follow up of shortcoming items and suggesting recommendations.

    o Interaction with external auditors in completing audits.

    o Coordination with the clients and customers.

    o Generating and screening all new transactions, Ledger Scrutiny.

    o Preparation of all financial reports, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows.

    o Following up with the payment, sending statements, collection of payments, issuing Receipt Vouchers and acknowledges the remittance.

    o Preparing Sales Invoices & the upkeep of an accurate accounts filing system. Preparation and submission of VAT and tax transactions in accordance with government tax authority rules and regulations
