Assistant Project Manager
  • A bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Registration as a professional Architect.
  • Possess 10+ years’ experience in designing and constructing large Building projects, including 5 years in High Rise projects.
  • Demonstrable experience in successfully delivering fully coordinated Projects.
  • Sound & Applied knowledge of Architectural Design with fair knowledge of mechanical. electrical, instrumentation, and structural design.
  • The ability to converse in technical matters across all disciplines associated with our Project Management and Construction Management projects
  • Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
  • Have completed Design works including schematics
  • Knowledge of current building technologies and their effective use in the project
  • Having excellent CAD software skills like AUTOCAD,30 Studio.etc.
  • Generally acted as the leading individual contributor and coordinator of design problem­ solving
  • Able to conduct an extensive review of architectural documents for potential conflict with disciplines.
Resident Engineer Roads -GEC
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 14+ years of post-qualification experience working for international consultants on GEC or PMC projects in various types of Contracts with proven experience in supervision for major roads and infrastructure construction and engineering projects.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and reading in English.
  • Must be MMUP registered.
  • Experience with GEC or PMC projects.
