MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
In accordance with the Group and ALDES ME strategy, the Sales Engineer is responsible for:

• Develops portfolio of customers on assigned territory.
• Work with consultant to get ALDES listed in their vendor list.
• Maintains and develops excellent relationships with contractors
• Helps customers in the product selection and sizing
• Presents new products and ALDES solutions to the contractors
• Ensures sales follow up in cooperation with Application Engineers
• Follows up any pending quotation from the assigned Application Engineer
• Updates the status of each quotation with full information and communicated to the Application Engineer
• Follows up all projects in the assigned zones

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• GCC Experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in our field of business
• Engineering background or a strong aptitude to sell technical product related to construction, more precisely H.V.A.C.

Abilities, knowledge and skills

• Good knowledge of construction industry: the network and decision making process
• Able to demonstrate strong technical and analytical skills.
• Able to understand the long term aspect of the position.
• Able to find the right solution to satisfy customers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
