The Sales Manager also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a sales manager/team leader role in a reputable real estate agency
• Team leadership ability
• Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards
• Proven experience in customer relationship management
• Prior sales experience is extremely important
• Must have at least 5 years of prior Real Estate experience

• Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
