Calling daily (80 to 100 calls) existing clients and cold calling new clients to produce high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals. To provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner. Key Skills and Responsibilities(Must Have) Candidate must have at least 1 year work experience in call center (sales, tele sales, telemarketing, outbound, upselling etc.) Must be friendly and with outgoing personality Daily contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts – 80 to 100 calls daily& 100 -150 introductory email . Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads. Must be able to deal with technical product information Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the account managers. Answering questions about products and the company to understand customer requirements.
