Provide one-on-one assistance to end-users and respond to IT requests.

Document and track IT support requests using the Company system and ensure timely and effective resolution of problems.

Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members as needed.

Utilize company provided resources to resolve IT issues when technical problems arise.

Assist in providing support to applications such as Microsoft Office operating on Windows 10.

Assist in general desktop support, imaging laptops and apply custom-Raytheon configurations.

Aid in operating audiovisual equipment, servicing printers, establishing Network connectivity, VPN, and telephony.

Participate in IT projects and initiatives.

Assist in server room administration tasks such as ensuring systems are operating properly.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program

Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams.

Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and oral); must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management via email, telephone, and in person.

Desired Skills:

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.

Solid organizational skills.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complexity in a diverse environment.
