Bachelor’s Degree in Business fields required (focus in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred)
A valid UAE residency under family or university sponsorship
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

Civil or Mechanical Engineering Degree, Masters is a plus

Engineering of low to medium complexity applications as support engineer based on Hilti modular support systems (BU INS portfolio) using Hilti proprietary software (PROFIS Installation suite).
Derive bill of materials from design work and provide it to other Hilti departments (e.g., supply chain)
Design of modular support solutions in AutoCAD (2D/3D) (potentially also in Revit or plant design software)
Basic engineering of anchor or direct fastening solutions using either the Hilti proprietary software suite “PROFIS” or the technical fastening manual.
Write engineering reports (calculation notes) for designed applications.
Collaborate on project execution with different Hilti departments such as sales, global logistics or finance within own market organization or across countries.
Ensure the adherence to relevant codes and Hilti standards in project engineering.
Safe and Hilti rules compliant engineering of defined applications
Basic value engineering (combining technical – commercial – logistics aspects) for defined applications.
As the Engineering Project Manager, you will review project specifications to understand the scope of work and define the overall project schedule to assign tasks and deadlines to the project team and ensure project completion within schedule and budget, by managing overall costs and providing monthly cost analysis.
You will manage internal stakeholders and collaborate on project execution with different Hilti departments such as sales, logistics and finance within the market organization or across countries. Visiting jobsites with Account Manager, Field engineers, or strategic business personnel to assess application problems and opportunities and presenting Hilti’s workflow value proposition & Plant-Design/BIM use-cases (e.g. design optimization, pre-assembly, BIM2Field, etc.) within top stakeholders on client side is a responsibility of this role. As the Strategic Marketing Specialist with Hilti, your Pricing responsibilities will focus on steering pricing KPIs in partner markets in terms of results and key levers. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing key pricing related initiatives in partner markets (e.g., Fair Pricing implementation, Price Agreement reviews).
From a Data Quality & Insights perspective, you will be responsible for implementing agreed data quality processes, including the analysis of present data and use provided data quality tools to improve customer, contact & project level data across the partner organizations.
Lastly, you will work closely with our colleagues in the partner organizations to continuously improve data quality required to enable a high-quality territory management process and implement a Territory Management process for selected focus markets together with Hilti internal stakeholders.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative & operative tasks related to the Onboarding and Offboarding process, including conducting orientations for new joiners, following the integration checklists with managers and managing the scheduling & reporting of exit Interview and quarterly check-ins.
The HR Specialist with Hilti will coordinate with Hilti’s insurance provider on the policy renewal, quotations and comparisons, while managing the addition and termination of employee insurance contracts. Furthermore, you will liaise with our travel consultant on the business trip requirements of the team and
arrange and coordinate with partners on the required visas (work permit, family sponsored visa, visit visa etc.)
This role will require you to support the employee’s requests related Salary Certificate, NOC, and other HR related documents and own the timely communication related to new joiners, leavers, public holidays, organizational changes/movement, long service, and other organizational changes.
In this role you will be responsible for the organization of engagement events & activities for the department, in addition to manage the media content posted on the internal Hilti portal.
Finally, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining employee data and reporting to support the Finance & Payroll team while also providing necessary information for the monthly reporting, data for the Kick-off meetings, HR Metrics report and open sales territories.
