Projects Manager
Projects Manager – (for construction Contractor side) with previous experience of (on-site) management of large scale building Projects in Construction contractor firms. Have managed projects and delivered them on time and within budget. The role will be site based so the required candidate must have strong project management, progress reports, commissioning and ultimate handover. The role will have aspects of design, commercial and procurement but focus is on the management of the structure and building work. Manage, plan and successfully execute construction project management experience with proven leadership qualities, able to liaise on closely with client and subcontractors, familiar with contracts administration, computer literate and able to communicate fluently in English.
Review the contract documents, specifications and drawings.
Review the manpower requirements of the project.
Review the equipment and plant requirements for the project.
Responsible for the financial profitability of the project, supervising project team, coordinating the overall project and field construction works.
Control construction activities and production output.
Preparation and submission of weekly reports to the Senior Management of the Company.
Follow up subcontractor works in addition to reviewing their progress.
