Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree or equivalent in engineering.
At least 15 years’ experience in the offshore oil & gas industry with minimum 7 years’ experience in commissioning / pre commissioning / preservation roles.
Can demonstrate good HSSE behaviours and understanding relating to work in the Oil & Gas industry.
Awareness of safety culture in Offshore for the Oil & Gas industry.
Experience of coordination / support for multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong interpersonal and good communication skills.
Language: Fluent English.
Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Instrument Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in Instrument and Controls, having broad knowledgeof engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction, and operations.
Experience with LNG plant design and engineering.
Strong understanding of Instrumentation, Controls and Safety systems.
Process control and safety system applications engineering knowledge.
Strong knowledge of Cyber security for Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
Knowledge of vendor package control system and experience with interface to process control systems.
Experience with Smart JB technology is desired.
Control system FAT and Pre-comm/Comm experience is required.
Experience with Emerson Delta V control system is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline.
Previous experience in an offshore Brownfield projects under SimOps is mandatory.
Multi discipline engineering background with a minimum of 12 plus years of experience in the Upstream Oil &Gas industry and project management.
5+ years of experience HR-IT System Implementation & Support
Minimum of 2 end to end SuccessFactors implementation, including hands on L1, L2 support
Functional expertise in several HCM areas including organizational management, personnel administration, payroll, time management, HR reporting, etc.
Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
Experience in Change Management role (influencing, rollout and embedding change)
Previous experience of being part of implementation team and support or working with SAP Success Factors is a must
Fluent English both spoken and written
Very good knowledge of HR processes to map with the system
Able to train the user communities (End users /Super Users)
