To support our vision in driving technological advances and in delivering the premier client/attorney experience, we are seeking a Junior Project Manager who will lead a variety of projects with significant scope and impact supporting several different areas of the business. This individual will work closely with various teams to deliver value to the business, meeting the scope, budget, and timeline of all designated projects. In this role, you will have the ability to oversee projects from start-to-finish. You will have the overall responsibility to design, monitor, run and continuously improve the practice and processes of change management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned initiatives from project planning to project close-out, ensuring that all activities are effectively and efficiently coordinated and completed on time and within defined scope and budget. All aspects of project management will be in scope including:
    • process design and modifications
    • process automation/system enhancement requirements definition and development
    • methods & procedures development and modifications
    • testing
    • training/communications
    • deployment/ hand-off to business-as-usual operations
    • business value realization monitoring
    • project close-out
  • Provide project management and direction to ensure the project team has a clear understanding of timelines, risks, escalation path and roles/responsibilities they will undertake within the project team.
  • Define and collect metrics to provide project progression to Senior Management and C-Suite

  • Prepare weekly reports and briefings to stakeholders (including VP/C-Suite) on program status.
  • Conduct periodic process audits and review change reports for quality assurance.
  • Pro-actively seek to identify and communicate any schedule and budget risks.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ of Project Management experience
  • Must be able to manage multiple large-scale programs and projects across the full project lifecycle
  • Experience working in a large organization and ability to work across diverse remote teams and build effective relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Technical problem-solving aptitude and diagnostic ability
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving working environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to present concise reports and recommendations
  • Excellent planning and organization ability
  • Excellent time management skills and understanding the value of a baseline
  • Demonstrable business acumen and critical thinking skills
