| As a key member of the European team, you will be responsible for supporting EU accounting and procurement functions, including reviewing and analysing project revenue and costs relative to budgets, preparing timely project invoicing to customers, managing accounts payable reports, and completing new project and supplier setups in the financial management system. You will also be responsible for document management of supplier certificates of insurance, supplier order acknowledgements, terms and conditions, and non-disclosure agreements. You should have good numerical and analytical abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication skills. Language fluency in Swedish, English and Danish is required. |
