Human Resources People Operations Manager

We have an opportunity for a People Operations Manager – Human Resources to lead a team of Human Resource Professionals in KONE Middle East, Turkey and Africa. The People Operations Manager will be based in Dubai and will ensure smooth and efficient local people operations activities across multiple countries in Middle East Africa and Turkey.

The successful applicant is an effective communicator, curious about our internal customers and always striving to exceed their expectations; able to turn strategy into objectives and actions, and to contribute to the overall KONE’s Human Resources success.

The successful candidate will have previous leadership experience and can provide support to and inspiring and energizing the team.

What will you do?

  • Take full responsibility for ensuring the smooth and efficient people operations in the countries front lines
  • Align the needs and service scope by working closely with People and Communication Director and the center of excellence teams
  • Provide leadership and develop the operations teams from payroll to the local generalists and administration colleagues
  • Drive initiatives that continuously aim to improve the experience and effectiveness of the local people operations teams
  • Harmonize the local people processes and practices and seek ways to increase scalability
  • Manage processes, within the people function, with end to end development in all front lines with a strong focus on data quality
  • Monitor and develop the onboarding and offboarding process in the front lines
  • Take responsibility for and monitor our colleague accommodation, where applicable
  • Be a leader of change management

Are you the one?

  • M.Sc. or Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 6-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in multinational company
  • Business experience is an asset
  • To be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fluency of English with either French or Arabic language being an asset
  • Be able to travel when needed
