SUMMARY

HexArmor is currently seeking an enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our Inside Sales Operation as an Account Executive (AE) OR a Product Sales Representative (PSR). These roles will offer an opportunity to become very knowledgeable on our array of products, work to qualify leads to determine fit, and convert opportunities and relationships to revenue. These positions would be a great fit for someone who enjoys consultative selling in a fast-paced environment and is looking to further grow in their sales career.

RESPONSIBILITIES – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

  • Provide support for customers by learning about and satisfying their needs
  • Provide support to internal and external partners including inventory, pricing, and product information
  • Connecting with target prospects with industry best practices across email, phone, and social channel
  • Manage prospects through the sales cycle and maintain opportunity pipeline
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective or existing buyers
  • Manage and expand a working book-of-business to help meet territory quota needs
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
  • Keep customer information and activity up to date in CRM database

RESPONSIBILITIES – PRODUCT SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  • Provide product specific support to internal and external partners including inventory, pricing, and product information
  • Qualify product specific leads and initiate opportunity management both from inbound and outbound sources
  • Manage prospects through the sales cycle and maintain opportunity pipeline
  • Recommend product solutions using a consultative approach and manage product trials
  • Keep customer information and activity up to date in CRM database
  • Connect with target prospect using industry best practices across email, phone, chat, and social channels
  • Become an expert at CRM & other sales enablement sequences to organize and maximize prospecting efforts with target accounts

REQUIREMENTS

  • Organized, passionate, collaborative, positive, flexible, and confident
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a part of a high-performing team
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
  • Excellent customer service and organization skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly through phone/email to prospect and customers
  • Ability to learn and use a CRM (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
  • Ability to learn and use and interpret reporting metrics from company database (Tableau)
