We are seeking to hire a Talent Management and Development Officer, who will join our Human Resource team. The Talent Management and Development Officer will be responsible to source candidates through various channels, planning interviews, and selection procedures. Will also be responsible to drive job descriptions and handle the Employee Performance Management process. This is a full-time job-based in Abu Dhabi.

Required candidate profile:

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and Professional Certification in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience including 2 years in full cycle recruitment.
  • Familiar with recruitment channels.
